Reporting to: Epiphany Group Executive Team


The General Manager position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.

The General Manager must possess self-discipline and time management skills and must be willing to take ownership of their role and the decisions surrounding it. They must have the confidence to discuss sensitive topics with all levels of employees and must be adaptable to succeed in a constantly changing environment.

  • Oversee employee(s) to ensure work is being performed according to established standards
  • Ensure employee(s) comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Ensure effectiveness of employee(s) through strategic hiring, assignment of duties, discipline, and dismissal
  • Plan and conduct meetings with employee(s) to communicate team targets, goals, and projects
  • Evaluate employee(s) performance and provide feedback, coaching, and formal evaluations
  • Plan and analyze the company’s workload, flow, operations, and identify areas requiring improvement
  • Oversee project management to ensure milestone planning and timely completion of deliverables
  • Conduct monthly reporting
  • Evaluate and provide analysis to Epiphany Group Executives for new products and new market opportunities
  • Continually analyze competitors
  • Develop new sales opportunities
  • Assists with identifying, selecting and deploying new technology to support organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop strategic performance metrics and targets that are consistent with company goals
  • Create and execute a developed sales strategies, plans, and advertising or promotional programs
  • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
  • Participate in negotiations and maintain ongoing relationships with a variety of vendors and customers
  • Handle customer complaints and comments
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
  • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
  • Any other tasks assigned
